Palateur teams up with Fish Restaurant at the James Beard HouseNew York, NY - In a secluded brownstone off a quiet street in New York's Greenwich Village, you'll find one of the world's most revered kitchens. By special invitation, the James Beard House plays host to the country's leading chefs, allowing members and guests to experience the cuisine of some of the country's leading culinary talents. On August 25, 2010, chef-owner Mike Stollenwerk of Philadelphia's highly acclaimed Fish Restaurant teamed up with Palateur's own, Mark Monaco, who acted as his traveling Sommelier for the evening. Some of the highlights: White Corn Waffles with Chilis and Lobster (Champagne J.
