Champagne Legras and Haas receives accolades from Decanter 2007 World Wine Awards
Decanter Magazine is quite simply the "wine bible". As Britain's leading wine magazine, it is read by both experts and enthusiasts alike in over 90 countries. Decanter hosts a number of important consumer events including the Decanter Wine Encounter, masterclasses with top wine names as well as the Decanter World Wine Awards, an international wine competition. The Decanter World Wine Awards were founded in 2004 and have gained a reputation as one of the world’s most respected and influential wine competitions. An expert panel of tasters from around the world, chaired by the highly-respected Steven Spurrier, judge wines on a regional basis reflecting variety, style and retail price. Legras and Haas was awarded Decanter's highest distinction of Gold Medal Winner 2007 for their 2002 vintage Blanc de Blancs as well as a respectable Bronze Medal for their non-vintage Tradition Champagne. Congratulations go out to Francois, Brigitte, Remy and Olivier as they continue to amaze the wine world with their handiwork.
