Francois Legras is the former winemaker at the prestigious Champagne firm of R&L Legras who is mentioned synonymously with the top producers in all of Champagne as well as being found on wine lists in most of France's three-star restaurants. Francois's talent and passion has no doubt contributed to the success at R&L today. Now, along with his wife Brigitte and sons, Remy and Olivier, the family sets their sights on creating a signature style leading them into the next century. They work over fourteen hectares of vineyards in the coveted Grand Cru 100% rated village of Chouilly which is famous for its Chardonnay plantings.
